Tanya is a trained cartographer, organizer of people, and chaser of big ideas. She is the Assistant Director of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Cartography Lab, as well as a student of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Disconnected? Not at all. Cartography is changing rapidly, and that requires nimble organizations who are intentional about their growth and strategy. This is where Tanya comes in. She has experience mentoring students to join the dynamic and creative field of cartography, data science, and visualization. She thinks about process, and intentionality of the office spaces that we inhabit. She dedicates her time to creating work settings that allow people to search and find fulfillment, while feeling empowered to impact the world positively.
